Noodle Soup / Mee Soup Recipe by Unique Phang



  • Wet noodle 1 portion (you can use dried noodle as well, boil and drain, then mix with bit of oil)

  • 1 bowl water

  • Any veggies (I use Chinese cabbage)

  • Any meat (optional) thin sliced, marinate with bit of oil, salt, and pepper ±15 mins

  • Mushroom (any mushroom can do, to enrich the soup taste)

  • Spring onion, chopped

  • Celery or parsley, chopped

  • 1 inch Fresh ginger, thin sliced

  • White pepper

  • Salt

  • 1/4 Onion, sliced vertically

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
